Required Documents for China Business Visa
Two Passports (Current and Previous Old)
If there is no previous old passport, only the current passport is required. If the Old Passport is Lost, an FIR copy is required, or this loss should be mentioned on the current passport.
Two Photos + One Digital Photo
Recent Clicked, 35x45 mm, White Background, Colour Clothing, 70-80% Face, Both Ears and Forehead Visible, No Border, No Spectacle, No Smile.
Two blank letterheads of the Indian company
With the authorized signatory's signature and stamp.
Invitation Letter
Inviter's signing person details should be mentioned in the Invitation Letter as below:
- • Full Name as per ID in Chinese & English
- • Designation in Chinese & English
- • Signature in Chinese with Round Stamp
- • Date format should be in YYYY-MM-DD
Copy of the registration certificate of the Chinese Company
ID Card (Front and Back) of the signing person on the Invitation
GST Certificate (Whole copy)
New downloaded Aadhar Card A4 Size
Name in Aadhar Card and Passport must be same. If there is any difference between the name in both, proper Affidavit required for the same for Submission.
