What you’ll do
- ✓Build and price itineraries on Amadeus; issue, reissue and refund tickets
- ✓Find the best routings and consolidator fares for complex international trips
- ✓Handle schedule changes and disruptions calmly and fast
- ✓Support the corporate desk with GST-compliant ticketing
Requirements & skills
- ★Amadeus or Galileo proficiency
- ★Fare construction & ticketing rules
- ★Calm under pressure
- ★IATA/UFTAA certification a plus
- 🎓Graduate; IATA/UFTAA foundation or GDS certification strongly preferred
