1. Acceptance of terms

These terms govern your use of the website and services of Explera Vacations Private Limited (“Explera Vacations”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing our website or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our role

Explera Vacations acts as a travel agent and intermediary, arranging services such as flights, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, visas and travel insurance provided by third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and insurers. Those services are also subject to the individual terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.

3. Bookings and confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once we issue a written confirmation. You must provide accurate and complete information, including correct passport details, dates of birth and contact information. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and may change until a booking is confirmed and paid for, due to airline, hotel, currency or tax variations. Many bookings can be confirmed with a booking amount, with the balance due before the specified deadline. Full payment terms are provided at the time of booking, and GST-compliant tax invoices are issued for every transaction.

5. Changes and cancellations

Change and cancellation policies vary by service and supplier. Flight changes and cancellations follow the operating airline’s rules; hotel, cruise and package cancellations follow the terms of the property or operator; and any Explera service fees are additional. The applicable terms and charges are shared with you before your booking is confirmed.

6. Visas, documentation and travel requirements

While we assist with visa applications and documentation, the grant of a visa and entry into any country is at the sole discretion of the relevant authorities, and we do not guarantee any outcome. You are responsible for holding a valid passport and meeting all entry, health and travel requirements for your destination.

7. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance for every journey. Where arranged through us, insurance is provided by third-party insurers such as ICICI Lombard and Aditya Birla and is governed by the policy terms of the respective insurer.

8. Limitation of liability

Explera Vacations is not liable for acts, errors, omissions or failures of third-party suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control, including flight delays, cancellations, strikes, weather and force majeure. Our liability, where established, is limited to the value of the service fees paid to us for the affected booking.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
